![]() ![]() When installing the EBS Authenticator App you may be asked to enable notifications. Make sure you have enabled notifications or you may not be able to complete authentication. The payee will be displayed in your beneficiares by close of business on the next working day. A push notification will be sent to your paired device, click ‘confirm’ to authorise the new payee set up. Enter the required details and click continue.Ĩ. To set up a new account, select ‘ A New Payee’ at the top of the pageĦ. A push notification will be sent to your paired device, click ‘confirm’ to authorise the bill set up and you are all done. Then choose a company name from the dropdown list and enter your reference number and a nickname for the bill. To set up a bill, select ‘ A New Bill’ at the top of the pageĦ. You are now in the ‘Manage’ section (You will see that it has turned red in the top menu) and are given the option to create a new bill or beneficiary.ĥ. The default selection is ‘move money’, change this to ‘Pay a New Beneficiary’Ĥ. There are 3 transaction types, move money, pay a bill and pay a new beneficiary. A panel will appear at the top of the page.ģ. Click on ‘I Want to’ in the navigation menu on the top right of the screen.Ģ. Bill payments will be set up in real time but other accounts (payees) will take a little longer. This is to protect against fraud.ġ. Swipe down again and tap Clear History and Website Data, tap it once again to confirm.īefore you can transfer the money to another account, you’ll need to set them up as a beneficiary. Tap "Clear Data" at the bottom of the page.ģ. Check "Cached images and files" and “Cookies and Site Data”ħ. Tap the three-dot dropdown menu on the top right-hand corner of the browserĦ.
